This is the newest crane turck of Wipptrans/Huter Recycling from Steinach am Brenner (A). In the background stands the PK120000 of Wipptrans.

The new Mercedes is equiped with a Palfinger PK150002 G with a PJ170E jib. The G-model extends 8x hydraulically to 18,8 meters. The jib gives an outreach of 31,8 meters, with one manual extension that becomes 33,6 meters.

The crane is mounted on a Mercedes 4148 in 8x8 layout. It is a tractor chassis, that also will be used with a loading box.

Here the crane is working on a new building in Hall, a place near Innsbruck.

The 8x8 drive is necessary because the truck is used regulary in the mountains, for instance to build ski-lifts.

The truck was being used here to lift wooden parts for the roof.

The truck has the regular 4 outriggers and an extra set at the front bumper. The chassis between the crane at the front bumper has the normal reinforcement of Mercedes. That gives the oppertunity to use the crane in front of the truck, but with a limited capacity though.
