| During the lifting of the MS-Seegold in Friedrichshafen a lot of material was involved. This Mercedes Actros Titan 4153 of Paule brought ballast for the LTM1400. |

It was used with 2 different trailers, here we see it with a low 5-axled semi-lowloader of Goldhofer.

The tractor isn't the newest, it's one of the 1st Actros series. It has got a 530 hp V8 under the cab.

The tower behind the cab offer space for a large dieseltank, some air barrels, the batteries and some toolboxes. The tower doesn't have a cooler, which means that this Titan was delivered without a WSK. The end of the chassis is equiped with a heavy coupling, so the tractor can be used as a ballasted truck that can pull transports.

Here is the Goldhofer again. This semi hauls 4 blocks of ballast that weigh 10 tons each.

The ballasttrailer on this picture is a 5-axled unit that was deliverd by ES-GE. The 1st axle is liftable, the other 4 are steering.

This trailer also carries 4 blocks of ballast, that's another 40 tons.

This side has got a toolbox mounted. The front bumper is the heavy version, this way this truck can also push transports when it is ballasted.
