At the HMF stand this Kässböhrer Pistenbully 600 Polar was on display. At the rear it has got an interesting crane unit, they used a HMF 1520 crane. It is installed onto a FMG Gußwerk frame. This is a special frame for the use on hillsides. The crossed outriggers have tiltable legs that always point downwards, fitting to the incline. The crane itself is leveled by a set of hydraulic cylinders that pivot the crane base. |

This MAN TGS 33.480 6x4 also stood here, it is owned by Christen in Biel. This MAN has got a demountable HMF 2620, where only the crane is demounted, the subframe stays on the truck. |

This nice Zetros 2733 6x6 could be seen at the stand of Mobas. It is equiped with a 6x extending Atlas 332.3E crane with a 3x extending jib. This gives a total outreach of almost 24,5 meters. The truck belongs to a power company that wil probably will do the maintenance of their power grid with this machine. |

Walde showed this citytrailer with a HMF 1830 at the front. With the roof that can be opened, it is easy to unload the goods. |

Outside stood this impressive wood chipper on a Volvo FH16 8x4*4 chassis. The chipper is built by Wüst Hacker. It's the HD810 model, which is meant for high capacities. The wood is being lifted into the chipper with an Epsilon Q170L crane. The power for the chipper comes from the engine of the truck. Therefore a Omni PTO box is installed behind the original gearbox. With such a box the high torque demands for this application can be transferred to the PTO's. |

Volvo now offers a driven tandem of which one axle can be lifted. A model of this setup was on display. The first axle has got a dog-clutch that can disconnect the power to the 2nd axle when this one is lifted. The differential that compensates for speed differences between the 1st and 2nd axle has been removed in this version, so that disconnecting the 2nd axle is possible. |

Beside it stood this nice Arocs 1835 4x4 that has gotten a PM24 crane and a Falkom FAS 5000S sliding flatbed. A 4 ton lifting arm has also been installed at the rear. The truck has got 3 recovery winches, a 6,7 ton unit on the flatbed, a 12 unit at the arm and another 6,7 ton unit at the front. The crane has got a 2,5 ton winch. |
