Kuhn Ladetechnik

At Kuhn Ladetechnik they displayed an a truck that is familiar to me, the Volvo FM12-420 8x4 of Haider Transporte from Vienna.

Berger Maschinen

At Berger, the Hiab importer of Austria, stood this Volvo FH12-460 8x4 tractor of Kölbleitner from Hargelsberg (A).

The tractor is equiped with a loading box. The crane is a Hiab XS 800-E9, a 9x hydraulically extending crane that has an outreach of 22,2 meters. At that distance it can lift 2,4 tons. The lifting capacity is about 69 ton/mtr.

A crane in this class weighs about 7-8 tons and is a good alternative when the loads that have to be lifted are not extremely heavy or when some load has to be transported on a regular basis.

Here we also see the outriggers at the front bumper.
