At the Palfinger stand there where also two PK85002 cranes, the first one is this Scania R480 8x4 of Tonny Sørensen from Esbjerg.
Remarkable about this truck is that the Palfinger crane is mounted to the rear. It is a PK85002 in the F version, which means that it extends 7x hydraulically. |
Here we see the rear-side of this crane truck that was built by Give Kranservice. At the rear an extra set of outriggers are mounted to give stability for lifting behind the truck.
Above the front outriggers a toolbox and a oiltank are mounted. At the floor lies a ballastweight of 3,5 tons. This is also necessary for full stability for lifting to the rear. |
This crane is also equiped with a PJ170 jib in the E version (6x hydraulically) with the Dual Power System. It also contains one manual extension which gives the crane a total outreach of 32,4 meter. |
The 2nd Palfinger PK85002 at the stand was mounted on this Iveco Eurotrakker 8x4. It is sold to Gren Transport from Ballerup near Copenhagen.
The Iveco has been built by Fyns Karosseribyg A/S and has an extendable floor.
