Egger - Open day - 2012 - 2
In the workshop they parked this classic Austin Western DT317 crane from 1956.
Spierings SK1265-AT6, a 6-axled mobile tower crane with 60 meters boomlength at 35 meters of height.
Rather new in the fleet is this Liebherr MK88, also a mobile tower crane.

At the entrance they parked this Grove GMK4100L. Remarkable about this Grove model, is the use of the Mercedes Atego cab.

A citycrane, this Liebherr LTC1055-3.1. It only has one cab for operation and drive.

The citycrane was lifting this balance arm. It is meant for lifting objects like glasplates into or underneath structures.

Dependant of the load that is hanging at the suction cups, the counterweight that is hanging under the boom, has to slide for or backwards. This is done by an internal electric engine that the worker on the right side operates with a remote. The crane itself is operated by the driver that is standing to the left, also with a remote.

A very nice new crane in the fleet of Egger is this Scania P420 in 10x4*6 version. It is equiped with a Liebherr LTF1060-5.1, a 60 ton crane with a 40 meter boom.

The heaviest crane of Egger is this Lieberr LTM1350-6.1, a 350 ton crane with a 70 meter boom.
On the show it was equiped with the Y-suspenion for the boom.
