This is a Volvo FM12-460 8x4 flatbed of Niels Christiansen from Aabenraa (DK).

The truck is used a lot to transport building materials.

Therefore it is equiped with a HMF Thor K8, a crane with a lifting capacity of 65 ton/mtr and an outreach of 20,3 meters. At that distance it can lift 2,56 tonnes.

To be able to lift concrete parts it is equiped with the, in Danmark almost standard, double winch and the necessary pulleys at the head of the crane.

The truck has, with a total weight of 32 tonnes, a loading capacity of 6 tonnes.

Here we see that the crane also has 3 manual parts that are mounted. They increase the outreach to 27,5 meters where the crane still lifts 1,4 tonnes.
