Scania R124G-470 - Kristensen
This is a Scania R124G-470 8x4 of P.E. Kristensen from Roskilde (DK), fotographed in 2006. This truck has already been sold and is now working in Sweden.

This was the first Effer 1750 in Denmark and 1 of the first 1750's that where delivered. It's the long version, so 1750L, that extends 8x hydraulically and has a 6x extending jib with 2 more manual parts. The hydraulic part is already giving 41 meters of outreach, with the manual parts this goes up to about 45 meters.

The large outreach asks for good support, that is why the L-versions where usual equiped with this construction. A normal outrigger set covers the width and an extra set is extended to the rear for more support in that direction.

Here we see the other side. This side holds the dieseltank, the other side has got a large toolbox.

Here we see the crane operating beside a building that gets it's ventilation system renewed, therefore the old tubes have to be removed. It's a 12 story building that still isn't causing any problems regarding lifting height. Not all the hydraulic parts of the jib are extended, although 1 manual is already out.

After a guy cuts the parts loose, the crane tears them off the building...

...and lifts them down to the ground...

...where they land in the trash
