Ginaf X 4241-S
This nice Ginaf X 4241-S 8x4 stood at the 2010 Transmobiel jubileumshow in Holland. Back in those days it belonged to Van Laar transport from Kootwijkerbroek, now it is owned by Verschoor kraanverhuur from Sassenheim.
A X 4241-S chassis is an 8x4 with a widespread tandem, the last axle is steered hydraulically. Both rear axles have HPVS, the hydraulic suspension system of Ginaf. The cylinders work in both ways, being able to also lift the axles as can be seen here. It is equiped with the 460 hp DAF CF engine.
The type is explained like this: X = DAF CF cab, 42 = 8x4 (4 axles, 2 driven), 41 = 41 ton total - 23 ton on the tandem and 2 x 9 ton on the front axles, de S means that the rear axle is steering.

Usually these chassis are bought for construction vehicles, but this one was built as a tractor unit. The high payload of these chassis leaves enough room for a heavy crane, in this case a Fassi F1300AXP.28. That extends 8x hydraulically to 19,65 meters where it will lift 3,68 tonnes. The 6x extending jib increases the outreach to about 32 meters.

A view from the rear, here we see the heavy outriggers and a drawbar coupling. Also notice the long sliding table for the fifth wheel. The space at the chassis and around the crane is used to mount toolboxes.

I couldn't took good pictures from this side, but it's really not that different. All the free space was also used for toolboxes.
