At the outside area this nice Volvo FH480 8x4 tractor of Friis Pedersen was shown.

The tractor has been equiped with a strengthend chassis to the front, where the front supports are mounted. Something that can be done good with a Volvo. Because the standard chassis isn’t strong enough, they welded an extra support frame around it.

A Copma 990 is mounted on the Volvo, a crane with a lifting capacity of 85 ton/mtr. The 7 hydraulic extensions and the 6x hydraulically extending jib give an outreach of about 31 meters.

The necessary toolboxes to store the lifting equipment have been mounted at several places. The diesel- and oiltank are mounted behind the crane. The dieseltank is at this side, the oiltank at the other side.

Behind the tanks is a headbord with a lot of extra lifting equipment. A drawbar coupling is mounted so that the tractor can also be used with a drawbar trailer.
